1. Who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of qntmchain.ai and all subdomains, operated by continuous.engineering. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The protocol is open source

The QNTM blockchain protocol is open source under the Apache 2.0 License, available at github.com/qntmchain/qntm-protocol . Your rights to use, modify, and distribute the protocol are governed by that license, not these terms. These terms cover only this website and its services.

3. Testnet

The QNTM testnet is provided for testing and development purposes only.

  • Testnet tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything of value.
  • We may reset, modify, or shut down the testnet at any time without notice.
  • Do not use testnet infrastructure for production applications.
  • Do not attempt to attack, degrade, or disrupt testnet infrastructure. Use our bug bounty program to report vulnerabilities responsibly.

4. Code playground

The playground at /playground lets you run code in an isolated Docker sandbox connected only to the testnet.

  • You may not use the playground to run malicious code, attempt to escape the sandbox, or attack our infrastructure or third-party services.
  • You may not use the playground to mine cryptocurrency, run bots, or conduct any activity unrelated to QNTM SDK development.
  • Code you run is subject to a 30-second execution limit, 128MB memory limit, and rate limits.
  • Your code and chat may be reviewed by the QNTM team to improve the SDK. This is disclosed in the playground UI.
  • We reserve the right to block sessions that abuse the service.

5. No financial advice

Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice.

  • We do not make representations about the future value of any token.
  • Cryptocurrency is highly volatile. You may lose all of your investment.
  • Token availability may be restricted in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws.
  • We are not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FCA, or any other financial regulator. Nothing here constitutes a securities offering.
  • Past performance of any blockchain network is not indicative of future results.

6. Intellectual property

QNTM website content, brand assets, and non-protocol software are owned by continuous.engineering. You may not use the QNTM name, logo, or brand assets without written permission, except to accurately refer to the project (e.g., "built on QNTM").

7. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site or its services to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Circumvent sanctions or export controls
  • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data without permission
  • Impersonate QNTM, continuous.engineering, or any team member
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and all services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. The testnet and playground may have bugs. Do not rely on them for anything important.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, continuous.engineering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, the testnet, or the playground. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100 USD.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be noted by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
